Dayle was an absolute delight in taking charge and leading our Waimauku school fundraiser auction - held at Muriwai Golf Links. The audience is always a lot to manage, when it's over 100 people strong in a relatively social settings. Dayle is exceptional at taking the lead, keeping everyone engaged, accurately articulating the item to the audience, and working hard to expertly maximise the value of each and every lot. Thank You ! We write to thank you for your kind generosity in coming to the aid of our much-loved colleague Mark Gyde. With your help we raised a total of $22,200 to go towards life saving treatment he so desperately needs. Dayle Barnes has acted as MC for our race night fundraiser several times now. He has announced prizes and raffles, run auctions, called the horse races, sold raffle tickets, and generally kept the crowd engaged and having fun. We will always use Dayle as the comments after the night from attendees have been - "who was that guy, he was amazing", "gosh the MC was one of the best things about the night", "we LOVED the MC"...... Dayle is willing to help out in any way he can during the function, and is able to change the programme on the fly if we need him to. He is really pleasant to deal with, and has great ideas to offer to help make the night a success. He is absolutely awesome as an MC. Thanks again Dayle for helping to make our night such a success!

Dayle was so kind to offer to manage our live auction for our school AIMS Football fundraising event. He brought so much energy and fun to the auction and helped us raise a lot more money than we expected. The fact Dayle did this in his own time to help us was just awesome. Dayle has been involved with our Chopper Quiz for the 10th year in a row, he always puts up his hand to volunteer and be our auctioneer on the night. He is a valuable asset to the success of our evening and the energy he brings to the auction always results in a successful charity event.

I didn’t have an opportunity to thank you last night. A tough crowd but sold some passed in artwork later on the evening. The artists were all happy as they had donated the artwork. Thank you so much, your energy and enthusiasm is fantastic, and I really appreciate you giving up your time.

Dayle stood in at the very last minute for our Everybody Eats Fundraising Gala 2023. A great communicator - very approachable and responsive - knows how to read and work the room - and helped us get an outstanding result to support our kaupapa, feeding bellies, not bins in our community.

Dayle was involved at short notice with an auction held during our busy school fair. He was extremely easy to deal with and energetic despite being required to hold quick auctions in between other events-nothing was a problem. Dayle did a fantastic job with the large outdoor crowd. We were extremely grateful for Dayle's assistance and professionalism and would not hesitate to use him again as an auctioneer!

Dayle is a passionate, forward-thinking auctioneer with amazing people skills and a knack for getting people excited. Thank you so much for running the live auction segment of the 2021 Ingram Micro Cure Kids Golf Tournament. You did such a wonderful job of engaging the audience, rolling with the unexpected changes to the programme flow and maximising the value of the bids presented. Hi Dayle, Last term you generously donated  your auctioneering expertise  to our school for gala day - Thank you, it made our live auction! Well, the coins are all counted and all loose ends are firmly tied up and we are thrilled to announce that the Gladstone Gala 2015 raised the phenomenal sum of $51,765. The Gladstone Gala is the schools biggest fundraising event of the year and an opportunity to involve both our school and wider community in a fantastic fun filled day out, with something for everyone. Despite slightly grim beginnings on the weather front this year, the sun came out exactly on time, the crowds appeared and a wonderful day was had by all.
